????? 1 Star I am a frequent traveler and a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member, and I can honestly say this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. My flight was delayed, and I arrived late in the evening exhausted from travel. Instead of being greeted with professionalism or basic hospitality, I was met by Rose at the front desk, whose attitude was rude, dismissive, and argumentative from the moment I approached the desk. There was an issue with the reservation date, and rather than helping find a solution, she repeatedly argued with me, talked over me, and seemed more interested in proving a point than assisting a guest. I explained multiple times that I only needed a room for that night and would be checking out the following morning. I even offered to pay whatever was necessary to make the reservation work. Instead of resolving the issue, she continued insisting that I cancel a prepaid, non-refundable reservation and spent an unreasonable amount of time debating something that should have been simple to address. After an exhausting travel day, the last thing anyone wants is to stand at a front desk being treated like they are the problem. To make matters worse, the room assignment felt like an afterthought. We were placed in an ADA-accessible room, and while there is absolutely nothing wrong with accessible accommodations, it was an odd assignment given the circumstances and made me question whether it was the only room available or simply the easiest option for her. The condition of the property did not improve the experience. As we headed to our room, the hallways and surrounding areas appeared worn and unkempt, which only reinforced the feeling that customer experience is not a priority at this location. The Marriott brand has built its reputation on hospitality, service, and consistency. Unfortunately, this property delivered none of those things during my stay. Customer service starts at the front desk, and one employee can absolutely define a guest’s entire experience. Rose did exactly that—and not in a positive way. I have stayed in Marriott properties across the country and have never felt so unwelcome. Management should take a serious look at both the service culture and guest experience at this location because this stay fell far below the standards travelers expect from Marriott. I will not be returning.

75decibel noise readings in my room WITH EVERYTHING OFF & EVERY DOOR CLOSED. Many rooms (have unfortunately stayed multiple times. Work)have a loud humming noise that just never stops. If you're in any way sensitive to noise I highly recommend elsewhere. Loud hotel. Everything else average.b

Nice staff, decent location. Everything in the room worked. Very nice breakfast. One issue I had was the neighboring noise. There is no noise blocking to the neighboring room. I could hear them breathing. Yes, breathing. Not snoring, breathing. But yes also snoring.

DO NOT LIVE IN ROOM 201, I do not know where the noise come from, maybe ac or something, the noise over 50dB. Worst Marriott experience ever. Now I have to move mattress to living room at 1:35 am.

Great hotel and location. Only thing from getting a 5-star is the small parking area for customers. We couldn’t find decent parking or would have to park at the EV charging station

The room we were given didn’t have a proper shower. It was just a toilet with a shower curtain. I went up to the receptionist to see if we could get another room, he said that’s all they had and went back to his phone. Ridiculous at $165- a night

Nice place. I enjoyed my stay. They did warn us that there was construction at the second and third floors but we still took a suite on the third floor. Overall nice stay. I would return.

We spent one night here and probably my worst hotel stay ever. Hotel is under construction, hallway paint on wall being worked on, carpet covered due to construction, and room smelled like paint. For a Fairfield this was very disappointing. Heard only first floor finished, 2nd & up still be remodeled and really shouldn’t be booked for stay. Front desk staff great. We left early so didn’t have breakfast. Would have went somewhere else but had used 3rd party to book. No notice on web site hotel is under construction so had no idea until sign at front desk. Very disappointed in Fairfield

The hotel room was a bit old. The paint on the walls in the first-floor hallway was peeling. When I stayed there, some floors were under renovation, which made the room smell bad. The hot and cold directions in the shower were reversed, which was very counterintuitive. One side of the hotel faced the highway, so it was somewhat noisy at night.

Jewel in the midst.. ? I'm here from MD, I chose the Fairfield due to its proximity to my Family that lives nearby. Very nice & welcoming rooms as well as clean and fresh. Front desk Personnel were on point.. like quick check in. Elevator slow, but ? you'll get to your room. They just recently installed EV charging stations within their parking lot! That's a plus.. Small refrigerators and microwave, wall mounted tv with great options to watch movies etc. I have the king bed room.. what you see on their site is exact. Oh, and breakfast is good too. Texas Roadhouse is nextdoor, btw. Get your grub on and walk across the parking lot to your room. 3 gas stations (with wine & beer) and a 7-11, Burger King.. you know what, look at the map on Google ?
