Having such a great stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott! The building is beautiful, the main lobby smells amazing. From the moment we walked in, the room was excellent, the breakfast was great, and the entire staff was genuinely kind and welcoming. Special shout out to Ashe at the front desk — absolutely amazing personality. So uplifting, warm, and professional. People like that truly make a stay memorable. Also want to recognize Alicia, the manager, who handled my sensitive situation with so much care, patience, and professionalism. On top of that, I couldn’t help but overhear her going above and beyond to accommodate another guest as well (yes, I was ear hustling ?). It’s rare to see people genuinely care the way this team does. Thank you all for making a stressful time feel comfortable and supported. Highly recommend this location!

Family 4 recently stayed at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Sacramento Elk Grove on Stockton Boulevard and overall had a very pleasant experience. One downside during our stay was that the patio furniture cushions were unavailable due to being reupholstered. This was a bit disappointing because the outdoor area is actually very inviting—it features a nice fireplace, shaded tables with umbrellas, and two guest-use BBQ grills. It would have been a great space to relax or cook a quick meal, especially for families. Breakfast was good overall, with quality food options. However, there was a bit of a bottleneck due to high demand for the waffle maker, which caused some delays. That said, the staff handled it well and worked hard to accommodate guests and keep things moving. We stayed in a two-queen suite, which was spacious and functional. The room included a dining table for four, which was perfect for our family. There was only a single chair for lounging, and we felt a small couch might have been a better fit for a family of four. The in-room kitchen was a great feature—well-equipped with a two-burner electric cooktop, dishwasher, sink, and a refrigerator with enough space for a family. It made it easy to prepare simple meals during our stay. The bathroom was also large and spacious, which added to the overall comfort. We look forward to coming back in the future and hope to fully enjoy the inviting atmosphere of the fire pit and patio once everything is complete. As shown in the photos, it’s a space with great potential, and we look forward to updating our review on our next visit.

I always love Mariott brand hotels. You know that they are clean and staff are usually friendly and professional. This establishment fit the mold and was immaculate including the rooms. The gym had everything you needed for a vacation work out. The breakfast wss included and hit all the expected food groups and Im partial to frosted flakes. I got the late check out and no rushing out the door or anything. Business center came in clutch as the wifi was a little spotty like someone was gaming or streaming something fierce.

Upscale room, that was furnished nicely, comfortable bed with nice linens and a completely stocked kitchen, including a dishwasher. It was super nice drinking our morning coffee out of real coffee mugs instead of paper cups that are provided by most hotels! Downside: while taking a hot bath, I glanced over at the toilet and see a brown diarreaha streak that had dripped down the toilet from the seat to the floor base. The room maid hadn't washed the outside bowl...so it was still there. The maid didn't see it-but I did :( we reported it- but gross! Soooo close to a perfect room.

Excellent TownePlace Suites is located in Elk Grove, close to Sacramento. Stayed here two nights after Christmas weekend to visit family in the area. Property was well kept and managed with excellent service by all staff I interacted with, especially General Manager Lorena. Extra points for having four DC fast chargers in the rear parking area of the property (managed by EV Gateway). No issues changing my car throughout my stay, and not once were the charging stalls blocked by non charging vehicles. Will come back for another stay on my next trip to Sacramento area.

This place is a hidden gem. Lobby is so inviting and was nicely decorated for Christmas. We were able to check in early and even grab hot chocolate at the front door. Room was spacious, clean, and felt like a brand new studio apartment. Breakfast was free and included eggs, potatos, waffles, oatmeal, etc. Location is conveniently off the freeway and near multiple places (Dutch Bros, 18grams, In n Out). Highly highly recommend!

I travel for work all across the country and stay in many hotels, but TownePlace Suites Elk Grove stands above the rest. Every time I walk through the doors, I feel like I’m coming home. The staff here consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable, welcoming stay. Whether it’s remembering small preferences or offering a warm smile after a long day, the entire team creates an experience that keeps me coming back. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Nice area, very great hotel room. We got a suite this weekend , and it was one of the best stays I've had being out of town. Unfortunately we didn't make it to the breakfast due to a late night casino trip but it smelled so good in the morning in the lobby ? I enjoyed how they had refreshments during all hours out there just in case ??

Rooms were clean and ready. Bed was comfy! Breakfast was nice with something for everyone. Parking was easy. Most of the staff are amazing. I once missed breakfast because of an appointment and when the lady at front desk heard she brought me muffins and fruit for the road! So thoughtful! I come here whenever I’m needing to spend a night in Elk Grove. Good location with lots nearby.

My wife and I, thank every person who gave us a perfect service at this beautiful hotel. The place is very clean and the room is wide and have a full kitchen with all needs, and AC is good. The receptionists are professional, humble and understandable. They gave us the best solutions when we asked. We thank Mr. Hashmat S for his professional work and he did a very good for us. The room cleaning team are doing excellent work. Something we enjoyed its the open breakfast it was very delicious, fresh and multi options thanks to the Chef. Thank you so much and God grace you.
