Room: had the studio and it was spacious, clean, 1 couch and 1 sofa chair, table/desk with chair. Liked the mini fridge and microwave. Gym: had weights, 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, recumbent bike, and regular bike. All worked and in decent shape. Breakfast: starts at 6am. Omelet (vegetarian), bacon, roasted potatoes, and toast, DIY waffles. Lobby has 24/7 complimentary coffee and iced water. Tanya at the front desk was so nice and thorough. Would definitely recommend staying here again.

Great stay! Friendly helpful front desk, Lelani. She checked us in quickly with 2 complimentary water! Rooms were very clean, older hotel, beds were sooo comfortable!! Should have brought our swim suits! Free breakfast was a excellent spread! We surely will stay again. Thank you!

Hotel is functionally ok so long as you didn't want AC while you're sleeping. If you need the room to be less than 75°, then look elsewhere because the AC will only stay on so long as you're in the room and walking around. The room will not cool down if you set a temp and then leave to give it time to cool nor will it cool while you're trying to sleep. I had to get up 3 times throughout the course of the night just to get the AC to turn on and try to cool the room down. A room where I can't get rest is not very useful.

I stayed at this hotel at least twice last month and a few other times in the past. The last two times I stayed here I was check-in was great! Tanya is wonderful! She greeted me promptly (and other guests I observed coming in). She was busy with another guest when I arrived but she friendly and politely told me that she would be right with me. Check-in was quick and Tanya gave all the details about the room, wifi, pool, breakfast, etc. Service with a smile! I appreciate that! My room was not ready when I arrived so I was upgraded to a suite! Nice room, spacious, clean with microwave, mini-frig and separate sink. There were some nicks in the furniture so it was nice but not perfect. Free breakfast is ok. Waffle makers, hot food, cereal, yogurt and fruit, etc. Parking is plentiful. The area is clean and safe. There are many good places to eat. This is my go to place when traveling along I-5!

Tanya at Hampton Inn absolutely saved the day. I was staying at a nearby hotel that didn’t have an EV charger, so I walked over hoping for help. Tanya was incredibly gracious, kind, and welcoming. Even though I wasn’t a guest, she allowed me to use their charger without hesitation. Her professionalism and generosity turned a stressful situation into a great experience. Thank you, Tanya — you made a huge difference.

I had a reservation for Thursday 5/21 through Sunday 5/24. I messaged the system on Wednesday AND Thursday letting them know I would be very late for the reservation but I would still be there. They acknowledged my message and let me know it would be fine. They still canceled my reservation and charged me for a night, while I am driving from Corona, CA to Elk Grove, CA over 400 miles. Now I am halfway to Elk Grove with no hotel room. I have no words for how pissed off I am. I am now out of 175 bucks and have nowhere to stay and am 4 hours away from home, with a wedding to attend...

Staff very welcoming and friendly. Room clean and comfortable. However, no closet or place to hang clothes except for shower rod. Found that unusual. Also not aware that beds are only made 3x /week. Not a problem, just surprising. Overall a very nice stay for 2 nights.

I don't know why this hotel has been rated with only 3.9 stars. it should be at least 4.5 for the friendly staff who treats you like family, the service responsiveness, & close proximity to the freeway, eateries, in one of the nicest neighborhoods. I especially liked talking to Rishi (gen. Mgr.) as he will take the time to hear about your day. Rosaley, the font desk clerk is always positive, respectful and very charming. She should be the "face of the property". Everytime we book this hotel, we end up extending for a few more days. it always feels like home & everybody knows your name. Cheers! Ray T. and Ana M.

Soon as you walk through the front door, it smells amazing and the cleanliness is obviously done to perfection. When me and my daughters arrived Tanya provided us great customer service, And had a great attitude and a pretty smile. The room was well kept in stocked with all the necessities needed for our stay . The breakfast was good, clean and a big wide variety . We enjoyed are stay and the nice pool . I would recommend this to anybody traveling for business or just for a simple stay

We stayed one night to celebrate our anniversary. This is our first time staying with the Hilton chain. The front service desk in the evening was nice, and friendly. She assisted us with getting a 4th floor room, as we’ve stayed on bottom floors before, and it’s always hard to sleep with constant steps upstairs. The room itself was ok, but disappointing as none of the rooms seem to have a balcony. Our toilet didn’t seem to be cleaned properly either. You are unable to put the constant fan on the air conditioner due to Hampton wanting to save money, even with what they charge customers. The feature is there, but you are unable to utilize it. There also is not much to watch on TV, besides Tubi. The hot tub was nice. The breakfast was also good. The pet fee was $50, not bad compared to some other hotels we looked at. I would recommend this hotel if you need to use it during business trips as they have conference rooms, and business rooms. We probably wouldn’t stay here again ourselves.
