Have stayed at this location 4x now. Overall great location for us. Close to family & friends. Right off the freeway, lots of restaurants & stores nearby. This stay however, we felt the stay wasn’t as positive as previous times. Hotel needs updating, looking old in parts. Free breakfast was lackluster. Pastries dry. Blankets were not soft, felt scratchy. The room temperature control was weird. Either too hot or cold. Did not seem to stay steady, had to adjust it all the time. And the biggest issue was the outlets near the bed did not work. We ended up having to go buy an extension cord and plug it in across the room in order to charge our phones.

The customer service is horrible! I rented a room for a friend, or tried to rather, and I have never in my life had such a difficult time with a hotel. The front desk person needed me to fill out a form, then he did not actually use the information. I had to send a form saying it was okay to charge my card and a photo of my driver's license. I asked if they had received it. An hour later I finally got a response. That was after they told me my email address was not on the reservation. My friend showed up and hour later and they told them they couldn't use my card as the information sheet was not legible, they had not informed me of that. I almost always stay at IHG hotels and this is one I would never book again. The front desk guy was not at all trained and he was astonishingly terrible.

Stay away from room 256. The first comforter for the pull out had blood drops on it, got a second one, which was torn. Did ask for a different room after first going in but was told there weren't any more. Did not notice the peeling wallpaper and BLACK MOLD in the bedroom until kid was already in bed asleep on sofabed, so slept poorly worrying about the mold. Breakfast was clean, well stocked, and staff were nice. Won't stay here again, and am more than a bit peeved that the room cost $180.00+ taxes and the 20 year old decor is literally falling off the walls showing BLACK MOLD

This holiday inn express is well run and the rooms are in great condition. Staff were helpful and fast, even when I was checking in late. Note that you need to give your license plate number for parking. The lobby has lots of seating and two guest computers with a laser printer. My room was spacious, although the lack of seating is annoying when you're taking shoes on and off. The beds are a nice medium firm with no issues and good linens. I appreciate the newer clock radio with USB-C PD charging. It took a few minutes for the thermostat to respond to me, but it had all the adjustability I needed, and the air conditioner wasn't loud at all. There are the usual amenities in the bathroom, along with a generous supply of towels, although they're rather thin and rough. The shower got sufficiently warm and water pressure was good. There's a selection of free coffee and tea, work desk, and adjustable reading lights. All the lights have a cold color temperature which looks harsh at night. The ceiling had a slight creak when the guest above me walked on their floor. The breakfast buffet was quite generous with two kinds of mini omelettes, turkey sausage, potatoes, pancake machine, cinnamon rolls, baked goods, cereal, juices, oatmeal, and coffees. There is also a mini-mart to purchase small lunch and dinner meals. Although I have small complaints, this hotel is a great value and there are no dealbreakers for me.

I enjoyed my time there at this hotel. My bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of bed. I love the space in my room. I only had one issue which is the bathroom door, it stays closed. I have to put the trash can in front of the door so that the door wouldn't close. Other than that, I enjoyed my time there. The ladies at the front desk was so kind and friendly. I also like that there are many restaurants and shops to go to.

Visiting a friend who was staying here. Conveniently close to restaurants and shopping. Mimi's is across the parking lot. BJs is down the street. The rooms are clean and good sized as usual. The lobby area is different since it has an open stairways up to the 2nd floor

Breakfast was good. Healthy options fresh fruit oatmeal. Omelette's, sausage gravy biscuits, pork or turkey sausage. My room faced the freeway but I never heard any of the traffic. Very quiet room.. also pet friendly.

I stayed for two nights for business. Conveniently located near shopping, food, and the freeway. Easy and quick check-in and check-out. Pleasant staff. Room was clean and large. Breakfast options were amazing. Lobby was decorated really nice for the holidays. Luggage carts were sturdy. Lots of parking. Other than spunds of the freeway and folks chatting in the parking lot at night, it was quiet. I'd stay again.

Rooms were clean. I felt safe. Location was close to the highway. Amenities close by. Nothing fancy. But the pet fee was $70 for one night (Which I didn't know until I arrived to inquire about a room because nobody would answer the phone) so I paid $277 for one night total with 2 well behaved dogs, and for that I don't think it's worth it. I could've gone somewhere else, but I already been driving 16 hours and I was very tired.

Rooms are large, comfortable with a mini refrigerator, small microwave, medium sized TV and Keurig. Beds are soft and comfortable. Staff has been helpful and friendly. Hotel is clean and the breakfast has been very good. Location is great with some food and shopping within walking distance.
